Upon the client’s request, a project for a sports complex building was developed at 143 Vahan Teryan Street, Gyumri.
The design work was carried out based on the client’s brief and the current building codes of the Republic of Armenia.
The client is the owner of the land plots registered under Cadastre number N 08-001-1395-0004.
The boundaries of the land plot are marked on the geodesic survey in accordance with the coordinates provided by the cadastre.
The territory contains dilapidated, semi-ruined buildings.
General Description of the Building
The building is designed perpendicular to Teryan Street. One of its elongated facades faces the “Tigran Mets” restaurant (to the west), and the other faces the railway (to the east). The side facades face north and south.
The building is designed to accommodate the following maximum and minimum annual temperature indicators:
- Summer: +38⁰C
- Winter: -36⁰C

The main entrance to the sports complex building is organized from the eastern facade at the ±0.00 (1531.57) mark.
A car parking lot is planned opposite the main entrance to the building.
