Concept & Design Approach
Designed in 2023 and currently under construction since 2024, the project embraces modern minimalism while creating warm, people-oriented living spaces. The architectural concept combines clean contemporary lines with sloped roofs, natural stone, and warm wooden façades to evoke a cozy, timeless character. Greenery is integrated into the façades, softening the buildings and enhancing their connection to the landscaped surroundings.

Site & Context
Two buildings, with heights of four and five stories, are positioned parallel to each other, framing a beautifully landscaped central garden. Semi-basement levels accommodate parking facilities, ensuring a pedestrian-friendly ground level. On the ground floor, vibrant commercial spaces — including a boulangerie, co-working areas, and other community-focused amenities — activate the street and foster social interaction.

Form & Function
Summarize the building’s spatial organization, main volumes, and how the layout supports its function. Highlight any special features such as open spaces, courtyards, or unique structural solutions.

Materials & Sustainability
Energy efficiency is central to the design, with high-performance insulation, natural ventilation strategies, and environmentally conscious material choices. Լarge balconies and panoramic openings maximize daylight and mountain views.
