- Fire protection and technology design
- Specifications, bills of quantities, and cost estimations
Within the project scope, the fundamental operational schemes of the hospital were developed in collaboration with European consultants. The architectural and structural solutions ensure maximum seismic stability of the building.
Special attention was given to the technological drawings for the Operating Wards, Recovery Rooms, and Hematological and Extended Laboratories. The Diagnostic Department was carefully planned and equipped with Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Computed Tomography, X-Ray, Cardio-Diagnostic, Sonography, Mammography, Gastroendoscopy, and Colonoscopy units.

A key design focus was to create a friendly and positive image of the hospital. At the heart of the building, a winter garden was designed, surrounded by treatment rooms and wards arranged along its perimeter.
Throughout construction, Author’s Supervision was carried out. In accordance with the design assignment, comprehensive floor plans, sections, elevations, finishes, technology plans, and furniture and equipment layouts were prepared. The interior design was developed in compliance with Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance requirements, including detailed plans for equipment placement.
Due to circumstances beyond the control of A-3 Architects, the construction of the laboratory was delayed.
