Embassy of Great Britain in Armenia

Project Year: 2001
Construction Year: 2002-2003
Area: ~3000 sqm.
Client: Foreign Office UK
Location: Yerevan, Armenia
The Embassy was built on one of the most significant and historical avenues in Yerevan and was designed in accordance with the aesthetic traditions of the street. The building’s image was replicated from a partially demolished structure that once stood on the same site, using archival photographs found in the city’s records.
A-3 Architects was responsible for the feasibility study, as well as the preliminary and conceptual design stages, ensuring that the new building respectfully continues the architectural heritage of its location.
