Multifunctional Commercial and Banking Project in Gyumri

Our architectural bureau has developed the conceptual design for a multifunctional building that will house a modern bank branch and various commercial spaces. Located in the historic heart of Gyumri, this project is designed to seamlessly blend contemporary architectural solutions with the client’s specific functional requirements.

Key Project Features

Dimensions and Structure: The building measures 12.5m x 20m and consists of a basement, three above-ground floors, and an accessible rooftop. The overall concept is based on a clear functional zoning plan, ensuring that every square meter is used efficiently.

Functional Zoning:

• Basement: This floor is dedicated to technical and service areas, including the cash vault, server room, storage, and staff facilities. Here, we paid close attention to the stringent security requirements set by the Central Bank of Armenia.
• First Floor: The main operational hall with client service areas, cashier stations, and the branch manager’s office. This floor is the heart of the branch, designed for maximum convenience and efficient customer service.
• Second Floor: This level houses offices for credit specialists, the IT department, and security, as well as meeting rooms. The space is crafted to provide a comfortable and functional environment for employees.
• Third Floor: An independent commercial space, which can be utilized as a cafe or restaurant with its own separate entrance and elevator.
• Rooftop: A unique space, accessible from the third floor, perfect for an open-air cafe offering panoramic views.

Security and Technology: The project fully complies with the strict security standards of the Central Bank of Armenia, which includes specialized bank-grade security doors, a well-planned ventilation, heating, and air conditioning system, and access-controlled zoning.

Architectural Concept: Our preliminary design presents facade and layout solutions that reflect a modern aesthetic while ensuring commercial appeal. We’ve created detailed visualizations that give a full sense of the building’s future appearance, interiors, and functionality.

This project is a prime example of our approach to creating comprehensive, secure, and aesthetically appealing buildings that fully meet the client’s needs and modern standards.
