This project combines heritage renovation with contemporary urban development, creating a multi-functional complex that integrates residential, cultural, and commercial functions within a single site.

At the core of the development is the renovation of the historic market building, originally constructed in the 1950s. The preserved structure retains its architectural identity while being adapted for modern use, ensuring continuity between the city’s cultural heritage and its present-day needs.

The new development includes:

• Three residential buildings arranged around a landscaped inner garden, providing residents with a private green space and a sense of community.
• An underground commercial level, accommodating a variety of public amenities such as a cinema theatre, retail spaces, fitness center, spa, and gym, designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors.
• Underground parking facilities, ensuring efficient use of space and reducing surface-level traffic impact.

Architectural features of the residential complex emphasize modern forms and horizontal façade articulation, contrasted with the historic stone market hall in the foreground, highlighting the dialogue between old and new. The integration of public, residential, and recreational functions positions the development as a self-sufficient urban quarter, balancing heritage preservation with contemporary living.
